Privacy policy
In short: your images never leave your device. Tailorpix has no accounts, no visitor analytics, no tracking and no ads. This policy applies to the website tailorpix.com.
This is a translation. The German version is legally binding.

2. Your images
Tailorpix processes your images only in your browser on your device. Images, file names and results are not uploaded, not transferred to us or third parties and not stored. From our server your browser only loads the program code of the tools, for example the encoders for JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC.
3. Settings in your browser
To keep your chosen settings for your next visit, Tailorpix stores them in your browser’s local storage (localStorage, entry tailorpix.settings). This entry stays on your device and is not transferred. You can delete it at any time by removing the site data for tailorpix.com in your browser. The legal basis is § 165 (3) Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021), because the storage is required for the function you use.
4. Hosting and server logs
The website is operated through the hosting service Lovable and delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you open a page, these providers process technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page. This serves to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks. We do not use this data for statistics.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses apply.
5. Cookies
Tailorpix itself sets no cookies. The hosting service sets two technically necessary cookies that are required to deliver the website:

The legal basis is § 165 (3) TKG 2021 in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We use no tracking or advertising cookies. We have technically blocked a visitor analytics feature offered by the hosting service.
6. Fonts
All fonts are served from our server. Visiting Tailorpix does not connect to Google Fonts or any other font service.
7. Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your message and contact details to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). We delete them once the request is settled and no statutory retention obligations apply.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Write to office@soltory.com to exercise them.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that we do not process your data lawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, Austria, www.dsb.gv.at.
